SUMI brings a contemporary take on Japanese dining to London, combining traditional techniques with a relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere. Founded by renowned chef Endo Kazutoshi and named after his mother, the restaurant serves a carefully curated menu of sashimi, nigiri, temaki hand rolls and robata-grilled dishes, alongside Japanese-inspired cocktails and sake. Following its success in Notting Hill, SUMI is bringing its distinctive approach to Japanese cuisine to Marylebone.
