Scales is an intimate cocktail bar bringing a considered, experimental approach to mixology in the heart of Marylebone. Founded by bartenders Din Jusufi and Engji Shala, the bar places chemistry, balance, and seasonality at the centre of its drinks, using fresh produce and specialist techniques to create distinctive flavour combinations.
Tucked away beneath Drink with Sasha on Duke Street, the dimly lit space has a discreet, speakeasy feel designed for slower evenings and carefully crafted drinks. With cocktails developed in its own laboratory using techniques such as centrifugation and flavour extraction, Scales offers a refined and inventive take on the classic cocktail bar experience.
