Since opening Honey & Co in 2012, Itamar and Sarit have become beloved figures on the London food scene, celebrated for their vibrant Middle Eastern cooking and warm, generous approach to food. Across their restaurants, cookbooks and podcast, they have built a devoted following by sharing recipes that bring people together around the table.
Their latest book, Honey & Co. Daily, is a celebration of everyday cooking at its best. Inspired by the dishes served at their bakery-café-restaurant on Store Street, the collection features more than 100 recipes designed for real life: simple dinners, hearty salads, quick lunches, easy bakes and comforting puddings. Full of flavour, practicality and joy, it offers dishes that feel special without demanding hours in the kitchen.
Joining them in conversation is journalist and editor Jessica Salter, whose work spans lifestyle, interiors, wellbeing and culture. Together, they will discuss the stories behind the recipes, the pleasures of everyday cooking, and the enduring appeal of food that is both generous and uncomplicated.
