Into the Woods with Poet Will Burns – Roald Dahl Museum
Discover a family poetry adventure inspired by the landscapes that shaped some of Roald Dahl’s best-loved stories.
Taking place on 27 August, Into the Woods invites families to leave the museum behind and explore the woods, meadows and rolling hills surrounding Great Missenden.
Led by local poet Will Burns, the workshop combines countryside walks with playful writing activities designed to spark imagination and bring stories to life. Together, families will create a unique poem inspired by their surroundings, while discovering the natural spaces connected to Fantastic Mr Fox and Danny, the Champion of the World.
The experience offers a creative opportunity to connect with nature, explore the local landscape and make a lasting family keepsake.
