Hands on Armour: Saturday Knight Live – The Wallace Collection

Step back in time at The Wallace Collection with a family-friendly afternoon exploring the world of medieval knights.

Taking place on Saturday 29 August, Hands on Armour: Saturday Knight Live invites visitors to meet resident knights Gavin Locke and Martin Godsave and discover what life in armour was really like.

Enjoy live demonstrations, try on real and replica armour and ask questions about medieval weapons, clothing and combat.

Younger visitors can also create their own miniature knight to take home, making this an interactive introduction to the museum’s renowned armour collection.
Suitable for ages five and over, places are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
