Consider the Anchovy: A Special Dinner at Caldesi

Discover a one-night-only dinner celebrating the bold flavour and versatility of the humble anchovy.

Taking place at Caldesi Marylebone on Wednesday 19 August, the evening begins with a short talk from Sudi Pigott, author of Consider the Anchovy.

Guests will then enjoy a four-course menu designed around the much-loved ingredient, from a guided anchovy tasting to fresh stuffed anchovies with fennel and lemon.

Each course will be paired with Pasqua wines, before the evening concludes with a nostalgic Knickerbocker Glory.

Served at communal tables, the dinner offers a lively celebration of Italian flavours, shared dining and one of the kitchen’s smallest but most distinctive ingredients.
