Junsei

Junsei is an authentic Japanese yakitori restaurant located in Marylebone, London. Founded by Chef Aman Lakhiani, Junsei celebrates a nose-to-tail approach, offering over 20 different chicken cuts alongside vegetable and meat skewers, kappo-style snacks, and donabe.

Skewers are grilled over Binchōtan charcoal to enhance natural flavours, and guests can choose from à la carte or a multi-course Omakase menu. The drinks list includes a curated selection of sake, shochu, and Japanese-inspired cocktails, designed to complement the food.
