Competition Terms and Conditions
Organiser
The competition is organised by Make It Marylebone (“Organiser”).
Eligibility
The competition is open to everyone. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enter Category B.
Parent or Legal Guardian Consent
Parents or legal guardians must give permission for underage participants to take part in the Photography competition organised by Make It Marylebone. They understand that participation may involve sharing personal information and/or media for judging or promotional purposes. If their child wins, their artwork will also be part of the Marylebone on Display exhibition at Marylebone Station. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting events@bakerstreetq.co.uk.
How to Enter
Participants must complete the online entry form via the Make It Marylebone website, select the appropriate category, and upload a parental consent document if entering Category B.
Entry Period
Entries will be accepted from 30 October until 15 December. Late entries will not be considered.
Judging and Winners
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges: Catherine Dormor (University of Westminster), Gaby Higgs (The St Marylebone Society), Penny Alexander (Baker Street Quarter Partnership), Stephen Quinn (Marylebone Association), and Zach Bailey (Chiltern Railways). Decisions of the judges are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes
Details of prizes are listed on the competition page. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Notification
Winners will be contacted by 19 January 2026, and announced alongside the exhibition installation at Marylebone Station on 17 February 2026.
Publicity
By entering, participants agree that their name and entry may be used for promotional purposes by the Organiser and displayed at the Marylebone on Display exhibition at Marylebone Station.
Data Protection
Personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
General
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without prior notice.
