ZOILO: Meet the Winemaker Dinner with Bodega Colomé

On Wednesday 1 October, ZOILO invites guests to an exclusive evening with Argentina’s most historic winery, Bodega Colomé. Founded in 1831 in the remote Calchaquí Valley, Colomé is the country’s oldest working estate and a pioneer of high-altitude winemaking, with vineyards soaring over 3,000 metres above sea level. Known for producing wines of elegance and character, Colomé has earned international acclaim for its unique expression of terroir.

For this one-night event, Head Winemaker Thibaut Delmotte will join diners at ZOILO to present five exceptional wines, including rare vintages of the Colomé Auténtico Malbec, alongside Altura Máxima Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, and Salta Torrontés. Guests will be guided through each wine’s story, heritage and winemaking process, with Thibaut’s expertise bridging Argentina’s traditions and European refinement.

The evening begins at 7pm with a welcome drink, followed by a specially curated tasting menu from ZOILO’s Chef Director, Diego Jacquet. Designed to pair seamlessly with each wine, the menu will highlight ZOILO’s signature approach to Argentinian flavours and fine dining.

Tickets are priced at £125 per person and include the full tasting menu, paired wines, water, coffee and service charge.
