Celebrating his new book, Table Hopping: The Secret History of London Restaurants, Jones will look back at the transformation of the capital’s dining scene, from the arrival of Langan’s Brasserie in the 1970s to the restaurants, chefs, critics and characters that helped shape London into a global culinary destination.

Drawing on interviews with more than 100 people from the restaurant world, the book captures five decades of changing tastes, famous dining rooms, larger-than-life personalities and the rivalries and trends that defined London dining.
