On Monday, 8 September, Junsei in Marylebone will welcome Chef Daisuke Shimoyama of the acclaimed Kokin for an exclusive one-night-only collaboration with Chef Aman and Chef Zach.
With over 20 years of experience in world-class Japanese cuisine, Chef Daisuke is renowned for his expertise in fire-led cooking, modern kaiseki, and his pioneering approach to sustainable bluefin tuna. For this special evening, he joins forces with Junsei’s chefs to present a unique à la carte menu that celebrates the artistry and precision of Japanese gastronomy.
Dishes will include indulgent creations such as lobster tempura, unagi donabe, and perfectly grilled seasonal seafood, offering guests the rare opportunity to experience two culinary philosophies in perfect harmony.
