New Year’s Eve at The Montagu Kitchen

The Montagu Kitchen at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill invites guests to welcome 2026 in style with an elegant five-course New Year’s Eve dinner. Set in the heart of Marylebone, the evening offers a refined celebration shaped around exceptional seasonal cooking, thoughtful hospitality, and a relaxed yet glamorous atmosphere.

The night begins with a selection of beautifully crafted canapés including Duck Parfait Tart, Pumpkin and Caviar Bon Bon, and Mushroom and Chicken Croquette served alongside a welcome drink. Guests then move on to a five-course menu that blends classic indulgence with modern finesse.

Starters include Braised Wild Boar Tortelloni or King Scallop, followed by a choice of two standout mains: a timeless Classic Beef Wellington or delicate Monkfish Medallion. A pre-dessert Kir Royale and a Coffee Entremont bring the meal to a celebratory close.

Available from 7pm to midnight on Wednesday 31 December 2025 (last seating at 10pm), the evening provides the ideal spot to toast the year ahead in one of Marylebone’s most sophisticated dining rooms.
