Known for her deeply expressive artistry and musical insight, Midori has built a career that extends beyond the concert hall through her work as a teacher, communicator and founder of the acclaimed Midori and Friends education programme.

A committed supporter of living composers, she includes a new work by Thierry Escaich, one of the four titular organists of Notre-Dame de Paris, in her latest Wigmore Hall programme.
