Limited-time Songkran Specials – Rosa’s Thai

Rosa’s Thai have created some limited-time Songkran specials with recipes that are symbolic to luck, prosperity and good health. These dishes are often eaten around Thai New Year for good fortune. 

These include: Larb Gai, a minced chicken salad traditionally eaten at Songkran and believed to bring good luck for the coming year. Made with chilli, lime, fresh herbs, fish sauce and crushed roasted rice, then finished with crispy shallots, larb delivers the iconic flavours of Thailand. It’s best eaten with steamed sticky rice to take the edge off the spice. Pair it with a pint of Singha beer and it’s basically a Songkran party in your mouth.

Also included is the suculent Pineapple Fried Rice. Which consists of stir-fried jasmine rice with eggs, vegetables and sweet chunks of pineapple. Spiced with turmeric for a golden glow, this dish is eaten at Songkran to symbolise prosperity and good health. Pair it with another Songkran favourite, Chu Chi Seabass, and wash it down with some sweet, sour and tangy Bangkok Spritz for a proper taste of the celebrations.

These Songkran specials are available for dine-in and on delivery with Uber Eats between 1st – 30th of April 2026.
