KOL’s 5th Anniversary Celebration

KOL marks its fifth anniversary with an extraordinary evening of culinary artistry and global collaboration. On 26th October, Chef Santiago Lastra and the KOL team will be joined by four of the world’s most celebrated chefs: Ana Roš of Hiša Franko (Slovenia), Rodolfo Guzmán of Boragó (Chile), Thomas Frebel of Noma Projects (Copenhagen), and Nicolai Nørregaard of Kadeau (Copenhagen) — for a one-night-only celebration of innovation, flavour, and friendship.

Guests will experience a vibrant standing party featuring five exclusive taco-inspired creations, each reflecting the distinctive vision of the collaborating chefs. Two dining sessions are available at 6pm and 8pm, followed by an afterparty downstairs with antojitos and signature KOL cocktails.

This landmark celebration honours five years of KOL’s boundary-pushing approach to modern Mexican cuisine, fusing British ingredients with global creativity. Tickets, priced at £110 and inclusive of five courses and a welcome drink.
