< Gyeob > Exhibition – 67 York Street Gallery

Korean fashion artist Hyelim Kim brings her newest body of work, < Gyeob >, to Marylebone, continuing her exploration of traditional Korean craftsmanship through a contemporary artistic lens. Known for drawing inspiration from historical garments and techniques, Kim has previously examined the sculptural forms of po (outer robes), the pleats of cheollik, and the refined silhouettes of the daeran skirt. Her 2022 exhibition < Gyeol > introduced vibrant textural compositions, while her residency with the National Hangeul Museum further expanded her innovative visual language.
