Festive Set Menu – Hyatt Regency

From 24 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, The Montagu Kitchen at the Hyatt Regency invites guests to celebrate the season with its limited-edition Festive Set Menu.

The three-course menu is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the flavours of winter, beginning with comforting starters such as Braised Chicken and Mushroom Pie or a velvety Butternut Squash and Ginger Soup. For the main course, diners can choose between a classic Turkey Roulade or a beautifully prepared Grilled Seabass. To finish, indulgent desserts including Plaisir Sucre or a rich Fig and Ginger Stonn bring the meal to a memorable close.

Priced at £59 per person with soft beverages or £89 per person with wine pairing, the Festive Set Menu offers a refined yet welcoming way to mark the season in the heart of Marylebone..
