Their Syrah Wine Flight journeys across four celebrated regions – each offering its own distinctive sense of place – served as elegant 75ml dégustation pours at £55 per person.

From the aromatic intensity of Barossa’s old vines to the brooding depth of Hawke’s Bay; from the mineral drive of Swartland to the poised refinement of the Rhône – this is Syrah revealed in layers of dark fruit, spice and quiet power.

A considered progression for those who value structure, texture and nuance in the glass.
