About
For two nights only, Bleur Gallery & Studios invites guests to an extraordinary dining experience: the COMPOST Supperclub, a collaboration between Indian artist Rhea Gupte and Bengali chef Sohini Banerjee (@smokeandlime).
Hosted within the immersive exhibition COMPOST, this intimate supperclub transforms the concept of dining into a multi-sensory artwork. Blending food, art, and sustainability, Gupte and Banerjee reinterpret excess food waste as both creative material and culinary inspiration.
Here, the dinner becomes the gallery, the gallery becomes the menu. Each course responds to the exhibition’s themes of circularity and transformation, inviting diners to reflect on the interconnected cycles of art, nature, and nourishment.
