Collection in Focus: Paintings – The Wallace Collection
Delve deeper into The Wallace Collection’s celebrated paintings with a themed guided tour exploring highlights from across the museum’s galleries.
Led by Rosa Somerville, the tour will uncover the stories, techniques and artistic achievements behind a selection of works from the collection, offering visitors a closer look at the details and ideas that make them significant.
Moving through the galleries, the one-hour session provides an opportunity to discover familiar works from a new perspective and learn more about the artists and craftsmanship represented throughout the collection.
Taking place on 29 August 2026 from 11.30am to 12.30pm, the tour begins in the Front State Room. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis on the day.
