Christmas Eve Four-Course Tasting Menu – Hyatt Regency

This Christmas Eve, guests are invited to unwind in the elegant surroundings of The Montagu Kitchen at the Hyatt Regency, where the team will take care of every detail with a festive four-course tasting menu served exclusively on 24 December, from 6pm to 10pm.

Blending seasonal flavours with contemporary flair, the evening begins with a delicate Festive Rosette amuse bouche, followed by a choice of starters including Grilled Octopus or vibrant Heritage Roots. For the main course, diners may select between the rich Braised Short Rib or the beautifully crisp Lemon and Walnut-Crusted Cod. To finish, choose from the playful Pistachio and Cherry Reindeer or a timeless Traditional Christmas Pudding.

Adding to the magic of the evening, live entertainment will set the tone for a relaxed and joyful Christmas celebration.

The four-course tasting menu is priced at £85 per person including soft beverages, or £125 per person with expertly paired wines.
