Christmas Day Brunch – Hyatt Regency

The Montagu Kitchen at the Hyatt Regency invites guests to celebrate Christmas Day in true five-star style with a lavish Christmas Day Brunch, transforming the heart of Marylebone into a festive haven of flavour, warmth and seasonal indulgence.

Available exclusively on 25 December, this abundant buffet experience offers everything needed for a joyful Christmas feast.

Between 12:30pm and 4pm (last seating at 2pm), diners can enjoy an extraordinary spread beginning with an impressive selection of artisan breads, fresh salads, cheeses, and beautifully presented cold seafood. Starters include Mediterranean-style grilled vegetables, a Cobble Lane charcuterie selection, artichoke quiche, and more.

The star of the show is the line-up of live stations. Guests can watch chefs prepare Truffle & Mushroom Rigatoni in a melting parmesan wheel, tuck into Mac and Cheese Croquettes, and enjoy Butterfly Prawns served with sweet chilli.

The carving station adds a traditional flourish, offering Roast Turkey, Slow-Roasted Beef Sirloin, and Salmon Wellington, served alongside all the classic trimmings: duck-fat roast potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, cheesy cauliflower, and creamy spinach.

To finish, the pastry team delivers a festive wonderland of desserts, from Spiced Chocolate & Caramel Tart to Hazelnut Reindeer Choux, mini mince pies and Christmas cake. Younger guests and the young at heart can enjoy the live pastry station with its chocolate fountain, waffles, fresh fruit and soft-serve ice cream.
