- Prescribe Pilates booking made first by emailing wellness-portmansquare@nobuhotels.com
- Available Monday to Thursday 7am to 7pm, or Fridays 7am to 1pm only
- We hold a strict 24hr cancellation policy; cancellation made with less than 24hrs notice will forfeit the full amount of the package
- Prepayment required to secure the booking
- Age 18 years and above
