Atomic X KOL Collaboration
On Tuesday 19 August 2025, London plays host to a rare gastronomic event as two of the world’s most visionary chefs unite for one day only. Chef Santiago Lastra, of Michelin-starred KOL, and Chef Junghyun ‘JP’ Park, of New York’s acclaimed Atomix, join forces to create an extraordinary eight-course tasting menu that celebrates innovation, heritage and boundary-defying creativity.
Chef Lastra is lauded for reimagining Mexican cuisine through the lens of British seasonality and biodiversity, while Chef Park’s two-Michelin-starred Atomix has redefined contemporary Korean fine dining with precision, artistry and immersive storytelling. Together, they promise a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience where culinary traditions are reinterpreted with daring imagination.
Dishes from the Atomix team will showcase refined delicacies such as Gim bugak with sea urchin, white kimchi and marigold rice, and Sundubu with sweet shrimp, razor clam and chilli oil. KOL’s menu will feature highlights including Lamb rack with koji mole, oxalis and purple carrot, alongside the delicately balanced Birch, koji, apple and buttermilk.
This landmark collaboration will be served at KOL, Marylebone, with lunch from 12:00–16:00 and dinner from 17:45 until midnight. Tickets are priced at £250 per person, with bespoke beverage pairings available from KOL’s expert team.
