Trishna introduces Aamchi Mumbai, a new Lunch & Early Evening Menu inspired by the vibrant, layered spirit of India’s west-coast city.
Mumbai is a place of movement, overlap and contrast, where cultures, histories and cuisines meet. This menu pays tribute to that energy through a thoughtful selection of dishes that celebrate the diversity and richness of the city’s food traditions.
Guests can enjoy the menu for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday, or as an early evening experience every day between 5pm and 6:15pm. The menu is also available for private dining in Trishna’s Koliwada Room, making it ideal for small gatherings and relaxed celebrations.
